The 2009 Roc City Rib Fest, the Big Man crew’s first KCBS sanctioned competition. The judges liked our chicken and ribs, our brisket and pork not so much. Just gives us something to work on before Boston Hills BBQ Festival next month. We had a beautiful weekend and a site that looked out onto Lake Ontario, already looking forward to next year.
