“... from the scotch-soaked minds of culinary misfits.” Back for Season 2 in 2010. Last year’s highlights included calls in Chicken at Boston Hills, NY and Brisket at the Troy Pig Out. We will once again kick-off the season in our backyard at the Roc City Ribfest. All four events listed below are sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society and part of the Empire State BBQ Championship series. Proclamations from the NYS Governor (he’s not all bad) mean that each event also earns the winner an invite to the Jack Daniels BBQ Championship. Join us for some BBQ, BS and booze.
