“... from the scotch-soaked minds of culinary misfits.” There is only one event grand enough for the Big Man and that is the Roc City Rib Fest held each Memorial Day weekend at Ontario Beach Park in Rochester, NY. The Big Man was there in the beginning when he was one of 7 entrants cooking ribs in a corn field, last year he took Top 20 in ribs out of the over 125 entries in what has become of the largest and most popular BBQ festivals on the east coast. Join us for some BBQ, BS and booze. You have not lived until you’ve slept out underneath the stars on a tarp listening to the waves of Lake Ontario crash onto shore as pecan wood smoke billows softly beside you.
